The Flow is an HR consultancy that leaves the stiff, traditional image behind. They offer people services that feel light, natural, and easy to use: in other words, that flow. We created a multi-page website that clearly presents their services, team, and values. The branding is built around a people-first mindset and the idea of flow: a simple yet expressive logo shows two people moving in sync, connected by a hand-drawn line that adds warmth and playfulness. A soft, earthy color palette completes the identity, creating a visual language that feels human, balanced, and approachable.
